Yorktown's Katz Criticizes Cuomo Over Veterans Pensions

State Assemblyman Steve Katz, who represents Yorktown, Somers and parts of Putnam County, lashed out at Gov. Andrew Cuomo for vetoing a pension buyback bill that passed both legislative chambers with only one vote against it. "The legislature came together in a bipartisan fashion and helped our veterans, and the governor doesn't seem to care," Katz said in a statement.
