Westchester County residents will have to deal with brutal cold and single-digit wind chills through Thursday, according to the National Weather Service. Wednesday will remain mostly sunny with temperatures struggling to reach 30 degrees, but a 10 mph wind will make those temperatures feel at least 10 degrees colder.
