Richard Antonucci, a 24-year-old Somers man, was charged with disorderly conduct by Yorktown police on Saturday, Oct. 25, according to police. The mood was lively in downtown Somers on Sunday during an annual Halloween parade and subsequent activities in Bailey Park.
