The Somers High School girls soccer team won the program's first-ever Class A state championship game 3-1 against Rockville Center South Side on Sunday, Nov. 16, according to LoHud. com. Somers opened the scoring in the fifth minute when Hannon Eberts found the back of the net off of a Ciara Ostrander pass, LoHud.com reported.
