Brian E. Tiller, 41, of Brewster, faces felony charges of driving while intoxicated and first degree aggregated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle due to an incident at 2:40 a.m. Nov. 16. New York State Police from the Somers barracks stopped the car Tiller was driving on Route 6 for failing to maintain its lane of travel. As they interviewed him, they picked up clues that he was intoxicated.
