OSSINING, N.Y. Norman Fulton of Somers, retired executive director of the Charles L. Brieant Center, was honored Nov. 5 at the Board of Education meeting of the Ossining Union Free School District. Raymond Sanchez, superintendent of schools, on behalf of the school district, recognized Fulton for his role with the center and all he has done for the school district and the children in the community.
