Katonah resident Colin J. Tullgren, 22, was arrested by state police Tuesday on a felony charge of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd Degree in connection with an investigation into forged checks. Last September, state police were contacted by a Somers resident who reported "that she discovered several checks had been cashed against her bank account without her authorization."
