Record cold temperatures and wind chills will remain in Westchester County as temperatures will drop to around zero heading into Friday morning with wind chills between 10 and 20 below zero lingering during the day. Skies will be clear and sunny on Friday, but there won't be much of a warm-up with highs only reaching the mid-teens.
