New York State Police from the Somers barracks charged Mark H. Hall, 31, of Lewisboro, NY, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument, Operating a Motor Vehicle Impaired by Drugs, and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, all Misdemeanors. Troopers were contacted Feb. 8 by a Purdy's woman who reported that Hall, an acquaintance, took her 2006 Jeep without her permission.
