Lincoln Hall staff transported Hernandez-Garcis to Quest Diagnostics in Peekskill, where he fled on foot on Aug. 14. Hernandez-Garcis, who only speaks Spanish, was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, navy blue shorts, tall white socks and black shoes. Anyone having information to Hernandez-Garcis whereabouts is asked to contact State Police in Somers by calling 769-2600.
