A free informational workshop and tour are being held Saturday, Aug. 19 at the new Avalon Somers Apartment Complex at 49 Clayton Blvd from 10 a.m. to noon. "These workshops are a great way to understand the fair and affordable housing process and if you are qualified to participate," said County Executive Rob Astorino.
