Botanical Art and Illustration teacher Lauretta Jones of Somers, N.Y., teaches about rendering detail in flowers during her class at the Greenwich Art Society in 2011. Jones will be featured in "Art on the Go," a workshop that focuses on quick sketches, note taking and photography as source materials from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday at the Greenwich Historical Society, 39 Strickland Road, Cos Cob.
