Somers Woman Faces DWI Charge After Hitting Guardrail On Route 116

SOMERS, N.Y. A Somers woman was charged on Wednesday with driving while intoxicated, according to New York State Police. Sybil A. Ulicky, 62, was arrested after a motorist followed Ulicky on Route 116 and reported that he saw her hit a guardrail and continue to drive erratically.
