Six Northern Westchester Residents Face DWI Charges In State Police Stops

New York State Police troopers in the Hudson Valley busted 19 motorists who were allegedly driving while impaired over the weekend. On Saturday, Nov. 10, State Police troopers from Somers arrested Debra S. Brande, 56, of Somers, for DWI.
