New York State Police troopers busted 29 motorists from the Hudson Valley and Fairfield County who were allegedly driving while impaired this past weekend. On Sunday, Nov. 18, State Police troopers from Somers arrested Eugene A. O'Dell, 57, of Somers, for DWI.
