A 21-year-old man found walking on the southbound side of I-684 in Bedford had left a stolen Ford F250 on the roadway after the truck became disabled on Friday afternoon, state police from the Somers barracks said. At approximately 3:43 p.m., troopers were dispatched to a disabled vehicle in the area of 17.4 northbound on Interstate 684.
