Mamma Rosa Ristorante in Somers will host its fourth annual Italian Dinner Party on Monday, Oct. 17, to benefit Friends of Karen -- an organization that helped the owners through a tribulation of their own. This event is held each year by Filomena and Fortunato Multari, the restaurant's owners, as a thank-you to Friends of Karen, which provided support when their son Joseph underwent treatment for cancer for over three years.
