Terry Losicco, Convicted Murderer Of Westchester Woman, Gets Parole

Terry Losicco, the man convicted in the 1980 murder of Somers resident Eleanor Prouty , has been granted parole, according to the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision Losicco, 52, is tentatively scheduled to be released from prison on March 3, according to the DOCSS overview of his parole status. He is currently an inmate at the Fishkill Correctional Facility and has been incarcerated in prison for 415 months.
