Westchester County Executive Robert P. Astorino today submitted a $2.75 million bond act to the Board of Legislators that, if approved, will complete the final phase of a 36-mile bike and foot path running the length of Westchester from Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx to the Putnam County line in Somers/Mahopac. The final phase is a 0.6 mile section in the North County Trailway around an industrial area between Warehouse Lane and Main Street in Elmsford.
