Cops: 2 DWIs; employee stole lottery tickets; Sprain ticket blitz

Ryan T. Corde, 24, of North Salem was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors, about 2 a.m. Thursday on Route 202 in Somers, state police said.
