A State Senate hearing has been set for Thursday, March 22 to take citizen complaints and investigate the delayed utility company response to this month's trio of winter Nor'easters. The hearing, co-sponsored by state senatorsTerrence Murphy and Sue Serino , will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium of John F. Kennedy High School, 54 Route 138 in Somers.
