A retired police officer pleaded guilty Wednesday in a deadly drunken driving crash on Route 206 in Mahopac in 2015. Retired Carmel officer Richard O'Keefe pleaded guilty to one count of criminally negligent homicide for the crash that killed Somers teaching assistant Fran Ghelarducci.
