The arrival of a cold front late Saturday evening brought with it some accumulating snow in parts of the Hudson Valley. A Wind Advisory, issued by the National Weather Service, is in effect from 6 a.m. Sunday through 6 p.m. Monday for all of Westchester as well as Putnam and Rockland, where winds of 25 to 35 miles per hour with gusts up to 50 mph are expected.
