Two Somers parks owned by Westchester County are among those in the area that have won national and state awards. The county said on Wednesday that Lasdon Park won a Historical/Cultural Award by the National Association of County Park and Recreation Officials , specifically for an exhibit on the Vietnam War at its veterans' museum.
