State Police charged five motorists with driving while intoxicated this past weekend throughout Westchester County, including stops on the Taconic State Parkway and I-684. Louis G. Russo, 40, of Yorktown Heights was by State Police from Somers charged with DWI, a Class E felony on Friday, June 10. Troopers stopped Russo on State Route 118 for speeding and failure to maintain his lane of travel, state police said.
