New York State Police from the Somers barracks arrested Pedro X. Yunga Vivar of Danbury and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a class D felony on Monday. According to police, troopers were dispatched to investigate a hit-and-run collision that occurred on Interstate 684.
