Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney repeatedly emphasized his ties to Bill and Hillary Clinton at a Monday morning rally in Somers. The congressman, a former White House staffer for the Clintons, recalled first becoming connected through a 1992 dinner that he had with her in Manchester, N.H., when her husband was running for president.
