State Police from the Somers barracks arrested a 39-year-old Mount Kisco man for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor, at about 4:57 a.m. May 4. Troopers were dispatched to conduct a welfare check on a vehicle and its operator on Lake Road.
