The Katonah/Lewisboro School District will have dismissal two hours earlier than normal Thursday as a result of inclement weather. SOMERS, N.Y. -- Route 35 is now open as of 8:15 a.m. in both directions on Thursday after an accident at the intersection of Route 100 in Somers.
