Extreme heat and humidity in the Hudson Valley will usher in rounds of torrential thunderstorms with heavy rain and gusty winds Thursday night through this weekend, according to AccuWeather.com. "A weather setup such as this has produced storms with flooding in the past," according to AccuWeather Chief Meteorologist Elliot Abrams.
