Seven Northern Westchester Residents Charged With DWI, DWAI In State Police Stops

Several area residents were among two dozen busted by New York State Police troopers for impaired driving in the Hudson Valley since late last week. On Friday, Dec. 14, State Police troopers from Somers arrested Andrew H. Depodwin, 68, of Somers, for DWAI Drugs.
