New York State Police troopers busted 19 motorists from the Hudson Valley and Fairfield County who were allegedly driving while impaired the past week-plus. On Saturday, Nov. 10, State Police troopers from Somers arrested Debra S. Brande, 56, of Somers, for DWI.
