One person was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Route 116 in Northern Westchester, according to New York State Police. The fatal crash took place around 5:25 a.m. Tuesday near Deans Bridge Road and Route 202 in Somers, said Trooper AJ Hicks, spokesman for the New York State Police.
