New York State Police troopers busted a man from Putnam County for his third DWI during a stop on Route 202 in Somers. Troopers stopped Carmel resident George Gojcaj, 45, at approximately 11:35 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 29, after he made a violation while driving on Route 202.
