Elder law attorney Anthony J. Enea, managing partner at Enea, Scanlan & Sirignano, LLP in White Plains and Somers, N.Y., will lecture on the consequences of the unauthorized practice of law at the annual meeting of the National Association of Elder Law Attorney's New York Chapter.
