Failure To Obey 'Move Over' Law Leads To I-684 DWI Arrest

A South Salem man was arrested on Sunday, Nov. 29 by the New York State Police from the Somers barracks, for driving while intoxicated after failing to obey the "Move Over" state law. According to police, Daniel S. Roosevelt, 24, was stopped on Interstate 684 for failing to obey the "Move Over" law.
