The Burger Barn in Somers was recently named the winner of Daily Voice's DVlicious Best Burger in Westchester contest, and the DV dropped by to deliver the first-place certificate and congratulate owner Justin Tesone and his staff. "This is a tremendous honor," Tesone said.
