2nd Arrest in False Robbery Report
Subsequent investigation conducted by the Somers Bureau of Criminal Investigation reveals that Cortlandt resident Dorian Holliday, 25, acted in concert with Victoria Serrano. Holliday was arrested on August 26, 2015.
